but honestly I would recommend their earliest stuff as well as zooropa, plus they really kicked around live back in the 80s

however their next album is apparently meant to be a change because the last two were all about 'getting the audience back' and that's why they're so goddamn awful and the selling out thing with the ipod was horrendous and completely unlike them. also the dutch TAX THING. jesus. you know I actually recall hearing them say they would never do something like that, way back when. plus fucking across the universe. fucking CHRIST, it's all just fucking tests.

so just giving my 2c on the topic because I don't think you've ever heard it before

See I actually liked most of How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb and I thought they were really quite good live but hey what do I know.

During my Sophomore year of High School, the people operating the sound system always played 'The Fly' at pep rallies, which was great until the people out in the crowd started singing it. Then the music would stop and it would be replaced with Eye of the Tiger or something.
