It was really good. I wish they had expanded on the society and company more, but that would have made a different movie. Still very good.

I just switched over to the dark color scheme. I forget what it was called, but I like it. It saves some dollars. The only thing I dislike is that now I have a hard time distinguishing which forums have new posts and which ones don't. Off-white and gold aren't very distinguishable on the color spectrum, especially in thin lines in contrast to black.

and in the other vein, I just got a netflix subscription for my birthday, and I'm pretty happy with it so far. I've watched a bunch of movies I ended up loving. like welcome to the dollhouse and palindromes and pretty persuasion. sex drive, imagine me & you, and adventureland were all good too, but not as notable.

palindromes was my favorite so far. everyone should see that one.

But I already know palindromes. Radar, racecar, amanaplanacanalpanama, etc.

If it's any consolation, Ivy, I more blame my monitor for suffering what most normal LCD monitors do: the inability to accurately portray the distinctions between similar colors that are very close to white. This makes gold and off-white a little bit closer than they would be on the normal screen.

And if you really want, I can probably do a couple recolors to some of the buttons to come up with a dark blue scheme at some point...

Ugggghhhhh I watched part of Adventureland last night and it was awful. I stopped after half an hour.

whsyo? I thought it was pretty good. the acting wasn't superb and the story was a bit plain but I enjoyed it. but I'm pretty easy to please, I guess.
