haha, i don't think i have enough space on my computer, sadly.
i could probably fit it onto like, the "family" computer though.
i just spent like 20 minutes pulling out random wires because something got unplugged so i had to fix everything. there was one plugged into the router that didn't even go anywhere. D:< |

The only one I saw for a midnight opening was Snakes on a Plane. Best theater experience ever. Too bad watching it on DVD will never match that. |

Considering how long we've been around and how everyone knows each other, why are people still hiding their online status?

two things
1) terri and ian are awesome, and the dim sum rocked. we recounted a tale of how ethan thought lcd soundsystem was "a waste of time". can anyone confirm/deny this post?
2) bonnie that signature is great

here's the whole post unedited (don't get trolled too hard)
possums wrote: | yo just throwing this out, but LCD Soundsystem is overrated garbage. I have not listened to one of his songs all the way through without thinking "people choose to listen to this? people VALUE this?" it's stuff that I wouldn't think about if it were on the radio, except everyone is drooling over it. it's Eternal Sunshine all over again. someone show me something of his that is likable or interesting.
anyway.
2010 albums.
I've barely listened to anything new actually. here's the two real EPs from 2010 that I even have on iTunes-
American Ghetto- Portugal. The Man: Disappointing. Starts off strong then tapers off like their last album. Nothing since Censored Colors has sounded like they have any ambition or good ideas anymore.
Oh!- SNSD/Girl's Generation: Korean pop. It's terrible saccharine bullshit, but the following is... one of my favorite songs ever. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7mPqycQ0tQ (I hate myself for liking this song, but I don't like the album or the band so I guess it works out???)
The rest of what I've heard offhand is... ugh. Telephone*. Ke$ha. I don't want to go on.
But it looks like there's been some promising stuff recently? Ted Leo had an album that is supposed to be okay? Magnetic Fields? VH1 Storytellers: Kanye West? (Apparently so butchered that the 3-hour event is condensed to just 1?) Barry Manilow's The Greatest Love Songs of all Time?
*All things considered though: amazing video, better parodies. |
In all honesty, I actually don't like his music, but after giving it another go I at least see why people do. It's just uninteresting to me I guess =/
edit: but to be fair Lady Gaga and Ke$ha have both entered my iTunes basically because my girlfriend makes listening to them fun. I'm a faggot with no resolve.
edit2: thanks for talking about me irl guys hahah _________________

Just started watching Xam'd on youtube (in HD yay). Forgot how awesome Bones is at making anime. Can't wait to re-watch Eureka Seven once I get my new TV, which will hopefully be next week. |
