Since it's been like four years since this forum has seen much action, probably lots of stuff has happened in everyone's lives. Where's everyone at now? Any big changes?

I don't wanna say "same old" because that would imply I've been completely stagnant for four years. But, eh.

I went to library school. I work in a library now. It's very organized.

Going to college now, that kind of jazz. SnV downtime more or less skipped my years in high school so I'd like to think I got a bit more mature. I think about my old posts here and feel bad for now annoying I must have been as a 12 year old, but you guys were always pretty dang nice about it and I sorta appreciate that cause I really identified with this place for a while!

Still just as nerdy though, spend all my time on IRC talking about video games, go figure.

A whole lot of nothing and then I got a web development certificate, which I'm not using currently. But that's okay 'cause I've been working for this company for the past 5 months and it's really great. Even if I have to do inventory on Friday. Devastated.

Here's the corny clip for what I do on a daily basis, if you like watching industrial promotion videos. Lots of super-boring statistics stuff.

I got married recently (6 months ago) and now I'm working a boring 9-5 job trying to support my wife and I as we prepare to go back to school. But life's going pretty good now. Which is something I never anticipated.

I ended up moving to AZ and marrying my boyfriend I met in WoW four years before. Now we have a baby, he's almost a month old. I don't recommend it unless you hate sleeping.

Taking a second stab at college. It's going well. I'm a CS major with a 3.77 GPA, and I'm looking to enter an accelerated Master's program.

Nice! Keep it up!

I'm working an 8-5 currently. Toying with the idea of getting into media production of some kind and possibly going back to school for that, more than likely some online degree.

This place continues to be a time capsule. Just over three years since the last post in this thread.

College attempt #2 worked out. Didn't go for the accelerated master's, but instead got a solid position right out of school. Taken up a few hobbies as well. I can read and speak a fair bit of Japanese now (I've been reading the original Kiki's Delivery Service novel), and I've taken up 3d printing and painting miniatures.

And, in the intervening years, I've gone from not recognizing the gif in the above post to rabidly consuming virtually all the media the McElroy brothers produce. So that's been a very positive change in my life.
