I agree with all those people who say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A big breakfast gives you energy to burn off, it fills you up so you don't have to eat again so early, and it raises your metabolism so you'll end up burning off more than if you'd ate a tiny breakfast. I've always been a fan of cereals. I usually go into little "kicks" of a particular cereal for a few weeks or so, then I've got to switch to something else. Right now it's frosted mini wheats (of course, that's all we've got in the apartment ) If I've got time, I also like to throw in some toast with some Whole Foods jam (blackberry is particularly good.) And of course, when I can afford it, a Steak 'n' Eggs dinner from Steak 'n' Shake is always good. _________________ here comes the big ideas again, just like they did before and then,
