HTML's pretty easy. I don't know any sources off the top of my head though. But it's really easy to pick up.
You can host HTML files like, virtually anywhere. Whatever webspace you get can have HTML files. And you can use HTML coding virtually everywhere else.

I used to use Dreamweaver a bit. Kind of pointless, but half the time I mess up and or forget tags, and it's nice to make templates if you're making a bigger site. And it's handy to remember CSS properties/selectors too. And check everything over.
I want to find my old website now. :/

I just bought a new mic for the podcast and apparently I have to pretty much have it in my mouth in order for it to pick up my voice. It's a freakin' Logitech. I should work better than that...
By the way, someone mentioned my site not being on Geocities. Where else would I be able to have it while still being able to use HTML? I hate Geocities and I have yet to find another site that'll let me use HTML so easily and...stuff... |

EVERY host but like... imageshack lets you use HTML. Most of them also offer editors, if you need one so badly.
