Yes it does.
er... oh!
Yes, well the rules are much like they have been in the past.
Two types of games:
1. Open-Participation Games: Those are games that everyone can play whenever they want. Examples: PATPAY, 1-1000, etc.
2. Closed-Participation Games: Those are the games that people must sign up for, or if it's open play, a poster can only participate once per round. Examples: The Game of Death, The Werewolf Game, etc.
If you want to make an OPG, first check to make sure there are no games already in progress with the same idea. If there aren't, go ahead and make it.
If you want to make a CPG, you must PM a moderator first and ask permission. Please include a short description of how the game is to be played. Once permission is granted, you may begin the game.
While OPGs are never stickied, CPGs, due to their slower-playing nature, may be. However, the moderators reserve their right to de-sticky any game to keep the number of stickies to a minimum.
Disclaimer: These rules are subject to change at any time without prior notification. If you feel these rules should be different, PM a moderator to suggest alterations. _________________ Come into my den let me hear you cluck
