I was never really too into Anus Malone.
I saw a few movies, had some amusing parts, but for the mostpart I wasn't that interested.
Maybe this one will change things.

Check out this news that one of the cameramen for the movie wrote. From the Anus IMDB forums:

perhaps not, if you recall, Anus malone and the Vast Field of Hemp ended on somewhat of a "cliffhanger", with Anus still in the hemp. Howard said he wanted to build off of the old franchise, in fact, parts of Mungo's legs will be digitally added to Al Pacino's body, in order to relive the old days. Snippits of the old soundtrack will be remixed with a hip-hop style, while maintaining a noir-feel (if anyone can do it, it's chuck d!).
I for one, think all of this is a great idea.
