When someone (usually of the opposite sex) says they are going to call you, and they don't. This goes for after the first date (and you never hear from them ever again) or someone you've known/been with for a really long time. If you say you're going to call, CALL.

On that note:

I hate waiting. Don't ever show up late for a meeting (or whatever) with me. I will not be a happy camper. If you make me wait, you will pay.

well...

i hate it when a person of the opposite sex calls too often.. usually ending up in you not answering the phone then arguments about "ignoring" them

also..

i dont usually mind waiting.. but i hate it when people blatantly lie about why they are late as if you cared why there were late

i deal with this at work all the time.. a guy will show up late and give me this long excuse full of crap.. and all i want is for him to shut up and get to work

I hate it when people I barely know feel the need to record my private phone conversations (that have nothing to do with them in the first place) on tape. It's just creepy. And rude. And I'm also pretty sure it's illegal.
