uh, no... it'd take more energy to split them than we got from fusing them.

although, one of my friends suggested a very tiny wedge that would be thin enough at its biggest point that virtual particles couldn't spawn inside it, but they could spawn outside it, therefore creating endless pressure on the wedge, and therefore generate "Free energy"

... but there's probably something wrong with it... energy isn't free.

But yea, I'm for nuclear power. It's much cleaner, safer, and more efficient. If more funds and attention were directed towards it, instead of fuel, I'm sure it could improve.

It's only a matter of time before they find out a use for nuclear waste.

I'm all for Nuclear power. It's clean, aside from the whole toxic waste thing. What we need now is to figure out how to get rid of that shit.

We need the energy though. We're using a shitload as it is, and it's just gonna get more expensive unless we get more Nuclear plants running.

I hear the Ontario government is looking into starting a new one up.
