Opening week of SOAP grossed less than Talledega Night's third week Neutral

It'll be a cult classic. Ten years from now, somebody is going to get fed up and yell "I'm had enough of these snakes!" and some people will laugh, and some people will shrug question-like.

I saw it, enjoyed it, and then rounded up friends.

If you're still wondering whether or not to go see it, I'll make it easy for you.

If you like the concept of Snakes on a Plane (especially if you find it funny or ridiculous) than you will like this movie. The movie delivers exactly what you'd expect, motherfucking snakes on a motherfucking plane.

It's like Jaws, except funny.

and did anyone really want snakes to be a megablockbuster? i mean, people were already getting upset when it garnered attention on the internet...i feel like it's still my little movie about sam jackson and the snakes.

Probably not, since I didn't expect it to be either, but of course the whole internet-hype failed to live up to how many people actually went Thursday/Friday; either way everyone will remember this.

The Australian television news was saying something about how the movie was changed because of internet blog sites of something? i only heard the last 10 seconds of it, anyone else know what im talking about or should i hang my head in embarrassment?

the title all the way up to when it started production was Snakes on a Plane. Then the company wanted to change it to Pacific Air 121 or something, so the cast and crew leaked that to blogs and got the internet angry enough to get the company to change it back.

Also, the line "I am sick and tired of these mothaf***in' snakes on on this mothaf***in' plane!" was added because of all the internet jokes involving that line.

My friend saw it and he hated it. He said it was like watching a porno without all the sex.
