I don't really think Dane Cook is very funny... nor Carlos Mencia. Mencia is just a retard and a complete hypocrit (he says how he hates that stupid people somehow become famous and yet he's managed to get his own TV show). Dane Cook,.... well, I just don't think he's funny. His jokes don't appeal to me.

Dane Cook is funny in small doses. So is carlos mencia, i like his humor when im angry. But Hedberg is good anyday! Escalators can never break, they can only become stairs

See, most of the laughs people have involving his material happen when someone spouts one of his many one-liners, eg: "somebody shit on the coats!" or "Nana is a cheating whore!", and they laugh because they're happy to be part of the in-joke. John Cleese once noted that inside jokes are only get the reaction they do because people feel part of the "in" crowd, and that's not real humor.
