i've heard about this film for a while, from a couple of places--i want to see it eventually. there's a place fairly close to home that will be showing it, i just need to get home the appropriate weekend and procure a ride.

i don't have any sources right now, but apparently this is a pretty objective look at one extreme christian youth camp. i'm too lazy to find the quote right now, but the chick that runs the thing said that she could use it as an evangelizing tool.

Militant/non-individualist/organized religion is bad. That's just a given, though.

Still, I think this movie is really just a load of sensationalism. I have serious doubts about how widespread this organization is. C'mon! There really can't be a millions-strong God army of eight-year-olds ready to destroy all fun in the world. And even if there was? Fuck 'em! They're eight years old.
