I'm sure most of you noticed that it was abruptly taken off the shelves, right? Well I'm one of the unfortunate who bought the game before it was. Turns out there's a huge glitch in it, in which if you "Save and Quit" in the game, you basicly ruin the game card. All that you get is a black screen when you boot it. If this happens, you have to send it back in to Majesco, they fix it, and they also give you a piece of paper with information regarding the glitch. I just got my game back today in the mail, don't let it happen to you.

Yeah, it wasn't out long till it was recalled. The game its self is actually quite good. It's similar to games like Final Fantasy Tactics.

I wish they chose the ancient timeline of the original rather than cashing in from the medieval AOE2 again. I'd probably buy a DS just to play it, then.

I learned a lot from it. Did the original AOE2 have like...an archive of information?

Oh yeah, all the Ensemble games have had the full historical dictionary thing going on, which I think is a great idea. Have you played Age of Empires III? I think it's the best yet, there were a few balance problems initially but the patches have done quite nicely.

Also, I want someone from around here to play against... strangers are poxy. Devastated.

The DS game is the only AOE I have, but I do have AOM and the expansion.

I'll reinstall it one day and give you a game. I was totally "wicked" (as the kids say) with Zeus.
