Watching sports on television, with rare exception, is a criminal misuse of lifespan. BORING.
A day at the ballpark is a different matter. An afternoon spent with the Brew Crew cannot be beat, especially by watching some unorganized college kids play frisbee for zero stakes.
P.S. THEY BROUGHT IT BACK.

Yeah, dodger, that logo is pretty much the best MLB logo ever, the only real competition being the Padres' Fightin' Friar:

Baseball's boring even though the White Sox are pretty good. _________________

I play Ultimate all the time. It's definitely a game, but I wouldn't even care if you called it a hobby as long as it's still playable. It's fast-paced, hard, cooperative, fun, and a great workout. I played it yesterday afternoon for 5 hours and today I'm sore/sunburnt as hell, but it was great.
If you shag it, you just probably haven't played it, don't like sports, or didn't get the hang of throwing a frisbee so you think it's stupid. Also, it's not comparable to just throwing a frisbee around, although that too is fun. _________________

Sadly enough I have watched curling on television and actually enjoyed it. It's oddly hypnotic.
I haven't played Ultimate in ages... maybe I should join the team. _________________

It's more fun with a foam frisbee and you are allowed to tackle. _________________

I enjoy watching curling from time to time. Especially when team Gushue clobbered everyone else in the Olympics.
We named a branch of the highway after his team. |

Perhaps, in part, my distrust of ultimate frisbee is partially due to the sport's immodest name.
"Ultimate"? Who says? If I had to pass judgement on what was the 'ultimate' sport, I would go with water polo. |

It's the ultimate frisbee sport.
Then again, when your only competition is frisbee golf... |

I was so desperate to find something to watch on television I watched some local access airing of a "frisbee golf championship" which consisted of four guys from like, Pennsylvania or something, walking around the woods, throwing frisbees.
No fucking joke. THat wasn't a great time. _________________
