I really wish I could read like I used to. When I was younger, I would be completely absorbed into any book almost instantly, and I wouldn't eat or do anything else other than read. Now I have to force myself to read, like exercising. It's really sad. Like, in the 6th grade I would have absolutely loved The Brothers Karamazov, but I checked it out from the library a couple months back and I never got through it. It makes me feel real shitty, and now the only books I can really get into are modern books, like I really liked High Fidelity, but I should have finished For Whom the Bell Tolls.

Overall pretty grood. The translator took great lengths to preserve Loriga's style.

(I like the book in Spanish a lot better.)
