Well, I've never been really much of a shows person really, going to maybe a dozen in my entire life. But this Summer I intend to up that quantity by nearly 50%... check out this lineup:
June 5th- Sparta
June 22nd- Sage Francis & Buck 65
July 7th- Deftones, Dir En Grey, Fall of Troy
July 23rd- Portugal. The Man (just found out about this)
July 29th- Daft Punk
and I'm sure more. I mean motherfuck this is a LOT of shows. I'm stoked!
What're you guys going to?

well since there is absolutely no decent music scene whatsoever (we gotta bring the GAZING back here, people!) I'll probably have to see eskimo joe or missy higgins or something. or I could play russian roulette. this is a difficult choice you know
also seriously a band called 'sparta' should be hell of a lot better than those fucking wusses.

'shoegazery' sounds too good a word to describe them, maybe I need to recheck them out... just the connection with the volta puts me off something big time.
