because Tubgirl exists, and a person would have to be majorly defective to want to take that picture ... or ... be tubgirl.

There are a lot of fetishes that don't weird me out. Because they are completely natural, or just a preference that the people have. Yet the dead animal fetish, vore, or gorenography (or whatever the name is) really scare me.

1) Diseases from dead animals can be spread to humans if someone actually follows through with this.

2) Vore... bleh. This is just glorified cannibalism. I've seen it range from just swallowing in a fantasy way, to actually tearing people apart and eating them raw.

Screwed up.

3) Gore, people enjoy tearing people apart. I've never actually come across evidence of people sharing their wishes with this fetish, but I do know someone who enjoys it, and it still freaks me out.

That it freaks you out is one thing, that it's not for you is another. But to call someone "defective" because they have an unusual fetish... that's just being a judgemental jackass. Like I said, you don't really get to choose what turns you on. People with strange kinks already feel isolated enough already.

As far as fetishes go, there's one guideline that separates them: consent. If a fetish does not involve non-consentual sex, then there is nothing wrong with it. And really, there are only three things that fall into that category: beastiality, child abuse, and rape. All of which, I think we can agree, are bad things.

And really, people that are into extreme fetishes constitute a very small portion of the population. Pretty much everyone has a kink, regardless of how common or uncommon it might be. I will share mine: girls with glasses.

So in a way necrophilia is a question of ethics... do dead bodies have rights or not?

'Cause if they do, you can add that to the list.

I thought about adding necro to that list, but honestly... if their family never found out, what's the real harm in it?

What do you say about consensual sex with a minor?

I think that's just it - minors don't have the ability to consent to sex. That is, unless you're Lolita, but that's just because I'm reading that book right now.

Hold on a second... ALL minors don't have the ability to consent to sex?

Let's come to some consensus here. I think that pedophilia, lust for the prepubescent, is horrifyingly disgusting. While ephebophilia, lust for the teenage, is really not that reprehensible and if I said it were, well, I'd be a pretty bad hypocrite.

I agree that like, five year olds shouldn't be able to consent, but someone around the age of sixteen could easily, perhaps maturely so.

Meaning Jon can't but Sharp can.

Ah, hold on. Don't confuse "minor" with "child". Consenting sex between two people, regardless of their ages, is still consenting. Arbitrary age-of-consent laws do not take into account individual biology and maturity, so it's really dependent on the situation.

To my mind, the question comes down to consent versus coercion. If you coerce someone into sex (basically, pressure them to consent), that's what we call "rape". If an 18-year-old girl pressures her 15-year-old boyfriend into having sex, it could be that we are dealing with rape. However, if they make the decision together to have sex, I don't really see anything wrong with it.

Let's keep in mind that it is called "statuatory rape". This term implies nothing more than the violation of a particular state ordinance. However, violating the age-of-consent law does not necessitate that someone was actually raped... which is why the fines and compensation go to the state, instead of the "victim".

What a topic this. <.<

Really this sort of thing I'm not into. I was once, but I discovered the destructive nature of said topic, and stopped.

However it can be debated that porn like alcohol is dependent on the person's will, not to cause addictiveness.

I have opinions on the subject, however they are all inseperably bound to christianity, so alot of you might not be all to interested. If you are pm me and we can discuss that there.

I don't watch much porn, and pretty much none on my own. I just find it entertaining, especially when I watch it with friends. I'd not care if my boyfriend watched porn, as long as he didn't mind watching with me. ...Unless it's really freaky porn, as mentioned many times previously in this thread and such.

Though I much prefer hentai to porn. It, at least, varies and 'attempts' at a plot.

'Attempts.'
