Here's the thread where you talk about how you're going to raise your kids.

I'm going to be pretty much like my parents.

I"M HAVING TWO BOYS. You hear that, eggs? They are going to play hockey. I'm going to have them in skates as soon as they can walk. I kid you not. Then they're gonna practice their shot in the basement. And be great at hockey. The end.

I plan to be a liberal parent, but with rules. And when you break the rules, you get in some deep deep shit.

Family dinners every night are a must. It keeps communication open, and allows you to interact with your family.

Going on family vacations. Road trips especially. A MUST. A drive to BC, most likely.

Drinking: I'll buy my kid booze, and not be a hardass about it. It worked for me. I was allowed to drink, and as a result it wasn't a big deal. Now, and then, I rarely drink.

Sex: Whatever. You can do it in my house, just use protection.

I'm going to blast Ravel out of the speakers right towards the womb, so when they pop out, they should hopefully be very classy, but won't grow up to become Wagnerians.

Also, they would enjoy some top flicks. I'm happy to watch Disney's Alice in Wonderland everyday for their sake. It'll also teach them about gorgeous animation and hallucinogens. And cartoons? I'll stay home from work just to watch them with the little tuckers. Oh, me!

Their career has to be successful, this is even more important if mine isn't. Also, they're going to war.

I'm going to try and make the divorce as hard for them as possible. It'll make them grow tough.

Museums and nature excursions. It made me interested in history, science, and the environment, and they're great values. Always good to pass it along.
