There are definitely people who like this here.

We watched the tenth doctor's whole little season thing as part of this club that my housing intern runs, called BBC & High Tea. It's pretty awesome. And I enjoyed myself muchly. Except I never saw the Doctor as much of a romantic character and Rose was rather annoying. But the Daleks were fucking awesome.

I want to download some of the original serials over my winter break on my home computer to tide me over and entertain me greatly. Any reccomendations on where to start?

Dave sent me a VHS for a secret santa gift a few years ago... If I remember, he has a picture of his gigantic collection of like everything they ever made...

I thought it was pretty good. The new ones look a bit dumb, though. Maybe I'm just not one for the drama genre.

Yeah, Russel T. Davies is too used to writing romantic comedies. I really wish they'd leave romance out of the show, like they did for the first 26 years.

well in my era Dr Who was awesome, so was Battlestar Galactica. BG now sucks to me. The Cylons arn't shiny anymore.

I enjoy watching Dr.Who every once in a while now.

Just turn off your brain and watch. Does anyone else find it creepy that the Doctor has the hots for rose, even though she is 500 years younger than him?

I love the new Doctor Who series. I just bought my copy of the second season on DVD. I can't wait for the third season. The new companion, Martha Jones, looks really pretty.

The show is full of gorgeous guys. Christopher Eccleston was very sexy as kind of a gritter Doctor. I also like David Tennent. Cassandra was right, he is foxy. I've been looking too. John Barrowman was also great as Captain Jack Harkness. This is the first time I wished I was a man, so I coud have a shot at him.

I like that there's some romance in the series. I don't think it's realistic that he'd be with all those beautiful woman and not develop some feelings for them.
