Hire some programmers to make an internet chatroom-type game, with an easily accessed dating game feature. Charge money for in-game items.

I hate habbo, but I love how it makes money so easily...

to keep the stability up, you're gonna need a sizeable IPO.

And if you're charging money for it, it had better be quite fantastic, since there's plenty of free ones out there already.
