there's a blue that says some shit like "TYPE C PARACHUTE DEATH SENTENCE SUPER AWESOME TIME" and you go straight forward at a low angle for about 30 seconds at a very fast speed...free distance basically

Green block girl boost plus the stop girl special. Kept aloft by aerial crashes... got me 4 or 5 km all by itself.

well, first, you push down the mouse button to determine the angle, then release the mouse button to determine the velocity. Then the girl rams the guy with her bike and off he goes. He'll keep going until he runs out of momentum or he hits the stop girl.
There are 7 people he'll encounter as he bounces and flies:
the red, blue and yellow girls are boost girls. Red lowers your angle. Yellow raises your angle. Blue is just straight boost.
There's also two guys: A maroon guy and a teal guy. the maroon guy changes your angle either up or down, but doesn't boost you. The teal guy slows you down.
Then there's the purple girl. She's the block girl. Hit her, and the next person you encounter will be blocked (nothing happens) unless it's a guy
then there's the green stop girl. Hitting her is an instant game over.
Except for the specials. If you have a special for green/red/blue/yellow, it shows up in the Specials box. To get a special for green, hit any boost girl. The special lasts until you hit the ground. To get a special for red, hit the red girl. The special lasts until you hit another girl. The specials for blue and yellow are only there if you encounter one right after the other. To use a special, click the mouse button when SPECIAL appears. You only have like a second to do this. What does a special do? It's a super boost.
Also, the block girl can give you special boosts. When she's blocking, and you hit a girl when the tenth place of your distance is 9, you'll be offered a special. Click it and the guy will turn the color of the girl you hit. Green means a double boost every time you get boosted. Red means "charge boost." If you run out of steam while red, you get instantly boosted back into the game. Also, if you hit the stop girl while you're red, she drops you and boosts you. Yellow means every time you bounce off the ground, you get boosted. This only lasts for a few bounces. Blue means you hover above everyone's heads for 100 seconds while rocketing forward.
And then there's the aerial crashes. If the guy is falling, you can knock him back upwards again with the red aerial crash. If the guy is rising, you can smack him back down towards the ground with the blue aerial crash. The aerial crashes have a limited space in which they can occur... from about 5 meters to 15 meters or so above the ground. You only get three red aerial crashes, but you get unlimited blue crashes... however, when you use a blue crash, you have to wait for it to rejuvenate before you can use it again. It rejuvenates when the guy is within the aerial crash zone (rising or falling).
