Seriously, though: "Such Great Heights".
really?
Yeah, really. It's one of the few seriously good love songs. It's had success, but not huge top-40, played-out, now-I-hate-it success. It's got a danceable, funky breakdown. What more do you want from a song?

oh, I was just shocked that someone nominated a song I liked.
But I guess I'm still ok, because it's only my second favorite song by The Postal Service, so I guess my tastes are still somewhat defective.
(The District Sleeps Alone is my favorite)

The opening theme from Sonic R.

Everybody Super Sonic Racing
Try to keep your feet right on the ground
When you're Super Sonic Racing
There's no time to look around...

ANYWAY, I also nominate Old Crow Medicine Show's "Wagon Wheel" as best song of the decade.

would it be gay if i suggested an arcade fire song or two? i know it's not cool to like the more popular ones but they have a few that i think are up there. hard to argue with "hey ya" at number one though.

You may have guessed who I'll pick..

Elliott Smith - King's Crossing

It may have not been the most well known song, but that is a great fucking song

So instead of you guys going "lol metal" at me, I'm choosing The White Stripes cover of Conquest. I won't get tired of hearing that song, ever.

In before "lol ____" or some variation thereof.

P.S. When I first listened to Icky Thump (album) I really hated it, but I listened to it again a couple days ago and I really like it now. So, yay.
