and I don't get why anyone would hate the Xbox 360 because of its good game selection. Stop pining for the PS3 and get yourself an Xbox, it's good.
I love hearing about what comes out of E3, but I'm not sure I'd want to go. Have fun, though.

yeah, well I'd like to get one eventually, and since it'll be a while before gow3 is out hopefully the price would have dropped by then. and that there are other good games.

Yeah, Fable 2 is the only real regret I have in choosing PS3 over the 360.

That's ludicrous. I'm assuming you're a PS3 owner here when I say you're still going to get FFXIII, it's not like you're missing out.

The PS3 is coming down in price, but of its game selection, only Little Big World appeals to me, and that's definitely not enough to sell me the system.

Yes it is. With "the same feature set as the current 40 GB model." Which means no backwards compatibility. Guess which PS3 SKU is currently selling more? The one with BC. Sony are still being idiots.
I don't really like the new dashboard either, but I'm glad they at least kept the blades for the guide. I'm really excited about the whole Xbox party thing, since I have a Netflix subscription. So I can watch movies with friends and then jump into Rock Band (2) or Halo 3. Also 8-way voice chat means no more having to listen to lame teammates if you have a party of 3 or more. |

Yay, I can play my PS2 games on a half-assed emulator with a broken Emotion Engine using a crappy sixaxis controller!
no. no. If I want to play a PS2 game, I'll use my PS2.

Yeah, but the 360 controller's still got it beat though, 'cause not only does it feel nice and solid and pretty much the exact weight you'd want a controller to be, but it also doesn't have any motion sensing.
And Microsoft doesn't plan to add any.
It's like Microsoft's saying, "If we want people to produce utter garbage for our system, we'll do it ourselves with dashboard updates."

I'm not saying I care about BC, I'm saying most general consumers do, because they're usually the one's to sell their PS2 to get a PS3. |
