Dude, I was talking to the guy we're arguing against.

And when I said "more superior technology" I was meaning in addition to other superior technology. Like when you make 'more bad judgements'; it's not that your judgements are worse, just greater in number.

So yeah, back on topic, he basically is stepping down from the Head Programming or whatever position, and handing it over to these two guys, who report to him for a while I think.
