You mean state rule over federal? I believe we've seen the dangers of that one, sport. Plus, states have their own laws in addition to federal ones.

Yes. The reason for this, if you knew your history, was because they wanted to take revenge on him for sending in a rescue force. They WANTED him to lose the election so refused to release them until after he did. And Reagan was probably the worst president of the last quarter-century. Reganomics my ass.
