I think you missed what I was trying to say. Indian tribes can open casinos and anybody can go into the casino because they're on tribal land.
In essence, the tribes use the casinos to get money from us poor white folks who have no other way to legally gamble except to go to Las Vegas. |

eh, jerry's just trying to be a good friend by giving him a chance to apologize. not sure what constitutes the "idiot".
also you gotta remember this was like the night after the video got out, michael's head was probably spinning, and he's never had any press since like seinfeld was cancelled, imagine being brought back in this way.
i know this may sound odd considering he's an ass, but i felt a bit of sympathy for him in the video (what with the audience laughing and what i felt to at least be a semi-honest attempt to apologize).

He's not a bad guy, nor is he a racist. He was just trying to be outrageous during his act. As it turns out, he was a little too outrageous and it backfired on him. He sincerely apologized on national TV and told everyone that he would accept the full force of the consequences for it. If that's not good enough and you still can't forgive him, then you're just as bad as he was in his moment of rage, if not more.

Way dramatic over a differing opinion.
I can tell you exactly what he was doing. He's not really a racist. At least not much of one. He just knew EXACTLY what would piss those guys off as bad as he was pissed and he said it. It worked. Too well. A professional comedian should be able to handle hecklers.
Also his apology was hilarious. That's why the people were laughing.
He fucking said AFRO AMERICANS.
