With only these choices, I guess soda. I usually say coke or sprite or whatever the name of the drink is, though. Or if referring any brand in general, I say coke.

I don't see how it's any more correct, since to "correctly" be called "pop" it has to have a cork in it, so that it actually, you know, pops. Also, according to the OED (not that I appeal to the OED in every argument) pop is equally appropriate to use in reference to champagne, so watch out.
That said, it's probably pretty obvious that I say soda. And I don't particularly think either is more "correct." I just don't think pop sounds good.
