Finished this game a while back and found it a breath of fresh air. Amazing storyline, decent graphics, and spectacular gameplay. Anybody played this?

I think I got up to the fifteenth or so but I haven't picked it up since then. Yet another game to finish, eh? But fuck yeah, it's absolutely amazing.

That's the forum I mentioned in my Airport thread. It moves painfully slow and they're not very friendly.

Well, I played Ico for all of ten minutes before I was shouted down and told to play something less boring.

That's about as far as I got.

I don't know much about Ico yet but SotC is definately not boring. It happens to be very fast paced, the slowest part of the game being the time it takes to find each Colossus.

Eh, it's not all that. I didn't find the fights to be very exciting or anything. I mean, woo, it's big! Once you get over that, it's pretty hard to actually die or anything. At least as far as I got before I got distracted.

Well, the question is: How far did you get before you got distracted. Later in the game, a few of the Colossi become pretty difficult to figure out (Dirge). Also if you played the game long enough to get some of the story you would probably agree with me that the game has an excellent storyline as well.

I HATE the fifteenth colossus. Took me a freakin' hour to drop onto the palm of his hand properly.

It's not so much getting onto his hand that's the problem; it's finding the time to charge up and stab him.

Dirge? The sand worm thing, right? If so, yes, I beat him, and he was the last one I killed...

So... I know I'm commiting a super necro here, but I'm going back and playing hard mode now. I played Time mode and beat it on normal. WHen I found out there were different items you could get for hard mode (Queen sword) I ran back to play this again. Has anyone gotten all of the items? Has anyone ever climbed the temple?

I hate that game. Worst game ever. What do you mean good story line? There really isn't one... You just run around until you find another Colossus... Even Wikipedia kind of says theres not really a storyline.
