For those who have Mechwarrior 2 Titanium, get the WinXP Patch for it here:
http://homepage.eircom.net/~cncdls/public/TitaniumPatch.exe

Note: this only works for single player, not yet compatable for Multiplayer(for MW2 Titanium), Ghost Bear's Legacy, and Mercenaries.
