For all you fightin' kids.

Topic: The sky is blue at high noon with no cloud cover and "blue" is defined as the specific color. Go.

I'm sure I've seen the sky being more than blue.
Mind you, I was on acid at the time...

But not everyone is on acid and some people may be color-blind to blue, so we must encompass their definitions of blue so we can hug some more trees and keep sex slaves. It's intertwined.

the sky has varying shades of color... it's not only blue, it's also cyan, to name one.

Cyan is a variant of blue, though, as orange is a variant of red and yellow.

If you wanna get really specific, everything is a variant of everything.
Red is a variant of orange, and orange of yellow, yellow of green, and chickens of turkeys.

It's life!

Bullshit. That's more of a pale, off-whitish blue. It's not just plain old blue.
The only plain old blue you see is on pepsi cans.

Dr. Pepper is better!

I think that if we want the deffinition of blue we need to have a true deffinition of sky. our we talking the atmospheric thing above our heads? or the sky that s found in some game? or is it the network of alien aircraft that we stupid humans percieve as the atmospheric thing above our heads?

Bullshit. Yellow is not a variant of anything except itself. Neither is red or blue. Thus: primary colors.

BAM, you just got debatically bitch-slapped.

Wrong.
Yellow is a combination of red and green light.
Magenta is a combination of red and blue light.
Cyan is a combination of blue and green light.

so much for your primary pigment colors.
and you can combine those to make the primary colors of light.

We're talking colors here, not light.

Likewise, you can't make blue, red, or green light out of anything else.

Colors appear when different colored lights do or don't reflect off of something. I think.

Pepsi Blue was the only Pepsi product I like/d other than Mountain Dew. Also, it made my tongue blue. Bonus 50 points.
