Yeah, that one's up there, definitely top five. Homer and Ned are friends is good. Duff Gardens is an absolute classic.

"Give her this, and these... and then these."

"Thank you, Doctor."

"Oh, I'm not a doctor."

You know, I'm hard pressed to choose, cause there are quite a few really excellent episodes in amongst the shit. Also I didn't actually read the link in the original post.

no it wasn't. also it wasn't the name of the episode.

the best joke in that one though, was the shop 'sneeds feed and seed (formally chucks)'

That episode was overrated. The fact that they brought him back in later eps was kind of a sorry excuse for a story pick me up.

no, homers enemy really is one of the best episodes, if not the best. ignore the later episodes, they bring back ALL the characters and make them completely 2D personality wise

the fact that it came in late classic period is pretty... cool.

The one with the parody of "I'm Just a Bill" where the original singer Jack Sheldon sang the song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Y37MpPOthU

Good ol' Jack is a good sport doing this parody.

Easy: The one when George Bush moves in across the street.

"He spanked you? You? Bart Simpson?"

"Are there any more questions?....Keeping in mind I already explained about my hair."

"Oh there'll be trouble all right"
"Trouble it is...for YOU"
"Doh!"
