They could just hook me up to a ventilator. The lungs natural elasticity would take care of the breathing.

rather than argue why that wouldn't work, I'll just say that the doctors try to pirce your skin first and hook you up to a heart-lung machine, and while they continue to fail to do that, you suffocate.

Noone seems interested in this scenario, so I'm moving on.

Scenario 3:

I'm a cartoon with infinite Bugs Bunny style powers. You're trapped in the cartoon world with me, but you're not a true cartoon yourself, and lack any of the associated powers. Kill me.

Point of reference: If it wouldn't kill Bugs Bunny, it probably won't kill me.

Also, you CAN kill yourself in the process here.
