So, have you seen it yet? Surprised

I really enjoyed it; it may not what be you were expecting, but don't worry, its definitely an action movie, just with added questions at the end (sorta like the Matrix, after all the Wachowski Brothers did this movie too).

I heared that they kept it fairly close to the novel. Not a direct, Sin City close, but still close. Anyone wanna back that up?

It looks like it's really good. Did Natalie Portman have the same acting skills as Star Wars, or has she imroved?

Saw it last night! It was pretty good, reminded me of 1984.

It was worth my 10 bucks. Very Happy

I have one word for this movie: Fantastic.

It was effin great. I didn't know what to expect, before I saw it, and was completely pleased. It's a really intelligent movie, as far as I am concerned. Bloody brilliant.

Oh, and IMHO, Portman's acting blew. Her accent was too fake. That doesn't take away from the fact that she is breathtakingly beautiful, and I would turn lesbian for her.

i actually didnt hear good things about this movie but then again i usually only hear things from my movie elitist snob friends so it could be totally decent.

maybe ill go see it tonight. i dont know what else my friends and i are gonna do haha.

I have the graphic novel, but I'm reluctant to see the movie. The best part about the comic was the slow moving tension 'when will he strike next/ who is V/ what's he up to?' stuff. I worry that a movie may just focus on the explody bits.

Also, if The Watchmen is ever adapted it better be a brilliantly animated mini-series. The rumors of directors wanting to make it a live-action movie makes me want to puke.
