First off, I am not a racist. This was discussed on the talkshow I listened to.
the phone in responses were very enlightening. Some people made comments of Hillary freaking out with PMS and pushing the button, and some say that Obama will favor only the black community. Both, really ridiculous comments. Personally, if they can deliver what they say, I have no problem.

Oh, there was a third option: "I don't care. If either can run the country fine. It's ok with me." _________________ MY BARF is TASTIER than Yours!!!

| Yeah, I fall into that "don't give a damn" option. I'll wait for it. |

a native president would be awesome... but as it stands I guess you guys are closer to hilz clitoris and the black guy, in which case I'd gladly take either one over another snorefest white male between the age of 50 and 70.
also i am in no way claiming anything about australia or shit like that, I don't like the governments of either country :,^( _________________

Hillary pisses me off in too many ways despite another 4 years with Bill. _________________

We also have Bill Richardson on the docket, who's hispanic.
I think that America could vote for a woman/minority president now. I think just as many people would vote for them because of their sex/race as people would against.
Personally, of the three I think Bill Richardson stands the best chance of getting elected president if he passed the primary. Obama is popular but inexperienced, and Hilary is way too damn polarizing (which has little to do with her husband). Richardson is a moderate.
The problem is, the democratic party probably won't nominate him because he's a moderate. Which is sad. Both parties tend to vote for candidates that seem to follow the party platform to the teeth and forgo bipartisanship. Which is probably why McCain won't secure the Republican nomination again. |

Yeah, I'm half-worried that Hillary would get affirmative-actioned into the white house. I hope the democratic party nominates someone good. _________________ Come into my den let me hear you cluck

Well we got John Kerry last time, which wasn't exactly the best choice in the world.... |

yeah, I hope the democrats don't rely on the republican candidate alone to get theirs elected again. _________________ Come into my den let me hear you cluck

| Seriously. That was horrible. What we need is an utterly liberal president. |

I'd vote for Obama.
I'd vote for John McCain, even though he's a republican.
I'd vote for Russ Feingold, if he would actually run.
I'd vote for a woman, but not Hillary Clinton.
Other female and minority candidates have never secured nomination because
1. They lacked the funding.
2. They were frankly unqualified, and it showed.
3. They were simply not likable enough (Hillary, this means you).
Not because of pure sexism or racism. For example, if Oprah ran for president, I'm sure she would fail because, regardless of her outstanding intelligence, she is not qualified to be president. She would not fail simply because of sexist or racist reasons. |

I disagree with the wording of the first poll option. I don't think it's time for a change, I just would not be averse to an African American or female president, unless their name was Hillary Clinton.
She hates video games.
