Well, I'm fairly sure that's not real, anyway. I remember seeing it listed as a fake a while ago, I think.
EDIT: No, that was a month ago.
Also, I thought it may have happened in a horrible accident. Not self mutilation. |

I mean, the Joker you posted doesn't even have green hair. Seriously, if he's got a creepy big smile and white skin, then he looks like the Joker. That picture has a creepy big smile and white skin, and thus he looks like the Joker.
Also, the Joker has mutilated himself on at least one occasion before:
