What are yours?

1. Arcade Fire - Neon Bible
2. Battles - Mirrored
3. Iron & Wine - The Shepherd's Dog
4. Modest Mouse - We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank
5. The New Pornographers - Challengers
6. Panda Bear - Person Pitch
7. Aa - gAame
8. Okkervil River - Stage Names
9. Cornelius - Sensuous
10. The Crimea - Secrets of the Witching Hour

And no, Radiohead is not on this list, and the new Go! Team and Art Brut albums were pretty crappy. I still haven't heard a lot, though.

In no order:

Portugal. The Man- Church Mouth
Om- Pilgrimage
High on Fire- Death is This Communion
Dj Taka & Guests- Milestone
Animal Collective- Strawberry Jam
Blue Scholars- Bayani
Panda Bear- Person Pitch

I guess I should hear more albums, because there are a few on this list I'm not nuts about.

10/24 edit: This list needs to be revamped. I don't even like most of these albums that much, so I took some down. I'm just keeping these seven up for right now, and many of them could change, so, let's hear some more albums.

One of my friends gave me Tomahawk's album, but I had my settings on 32kbps in Mono (long story), so I'll have to get it from him again.

Man... I take these list things way too seriously. I'll be up all night scratching out a list. New Darkest Hour will be on there for sure, though.

LCD Soundsystem, Digitalism, Justice, of Montreal - off the top of my head...

New Rogue Wave, Stars, Apples in Stereo, and Fall of Troy were all okay, but probably not Top 10 material.

Kinda disapponited by the new Caribou and Most Serene Republic.

I think when Reverie Sound Revue finally releases this full-length that's long been in the works, it'll be near the top of the list.

Cryptopsy - None So Vile

Nevermind that this came out in '96, I've listened to it at least 50 times this year.
