I thought the marklar wasn't very good, and the older marklars were much better. |

Not really. I just like donkey kong 64. I wanted to see if anyone else did.
But I decided to do it abstractly. |

I didn't even know that game! existed until a few years ago. I hate it. Deeply,
I'm too deeply [infatuated with] the SNES trilogy; mainly the 2nd one: _________________

Yeah I never was a fan of DK64. But that's just because I really sucked at it. DKC1, 2, and 3 on the other hand.. now those were games! I still play those from time to time. DKC2 definitely the best; DKC3 the worst, but still a good game in my book. It took me like 2 years to finally get that fucking gyrocopter. By the time I got it nobody gave a shit. _________________ secret agent super dragon |

Dk64 had one of the wierdest final boss fights ever. Also, I somehow glitched the game and could 100% it to get the secret ending. _________________

I was anticipating the hell out of it in 1999, because the DKC games were really my favourite games as a kid, next to the 2D Sonic games at least, but I was really disappointed in DK64.
I don't know - felt like it should have been a different franchise, do you know what I mean? It felt very Rareware, but not DK. _________________

The DKC games were all very pretty, but I didn't think they were that great, really. Kinda easy, kinda repetitive. I remember reading that one of the major people in making the games admitted that they weren't really so good. |

I remember reading that one of the major people in making the games admitted that they weren't really so good. | That's because the emphasis in Donkey Kong Country and its sequel was all on fancy 3D-looking graphics and sprites. Never mind that those graphics made it very difficult to navigate the levels, or that the play control sucked (mostly in the first one, but it was like... original Prince of Persia bad). |
