Close, but like I said with Sharp's answer, he already tried each minute and hour position and it did nothing.

You shake the clock when its set at 11:59. You hear rattling, but nothing happens.

You get up, exhausted, and start playing with the clock. Suddenly, a thought hits you. "What if I rewind it?" Excited, you put your finger ahead of the minute hand, and start going couner clockwise. The hands spin and spin, passing 12 once again. Starting to lose up, you almost decided to give up, but just keep rewinding for the heck of it. As the hands align at 12 again, you all of a sudden hear a light woosh sound. You check the shaft. The key is there!

Quickly, you grab it and put it into the door's lock. It fits perfectly, and you advance!

Explaination?:The key was tied to a cord, which the host had gotten wrapped up in the gears controlling the hands. As the clock advanced, the gears moved clockwise, tightening the hold on the cord. The crack sound was of the gears colliding with the cord in between two gears, ripping off one of the straps that composed the cord. If you constantly made it crack, the cord would tear, but the key would still be attached to the other end. Rewinding it would force the gears to rotate backwards, thus eventually releasing the cord, along with the key.

If you have an issue with that, PM me Mad .

Round 2 Up Soon!

After fiddling with the contraption, you manage to get all of the pipes to the top. A key magically appears out of no where. You pick it up, unlock the next door, and advance.

Round 3 Up Soon!

Also, there ae multiple ways to do that, and anyone who can find a shorter way to do it than Christo's will also get a point.
