While, of course, I loved "A Night at the Opera", I think Mungo and Flappy's komedy klassic "Anus Malone's Pants Fall Down Again" (a sequel to the fan-favorite "Anus Malone's Pants Fall Down", ironically released on the same day as "A Night at the Opera") tops it in almost every way.
From Mungo's elegent yet subtle performance, to Flappy's always "outgrageous" performance of Anus' bumbling partner (which had me rolling in the theater...had I been alive in 1935), almost all their movies are perfect in every way. _________________

i cant imagine a single vote going against mungo and flappy. sure, "A Night At The Opera" was great, but doesn't even compare to some of the worst things mungo and flappy have done, such as, "Anus Malone's Fajita Night," followed up by the even worse "Anus Malone Shits Himself (Again!)" which was just a bad attempt at bringing back the classic Anus shitting films of years past. _________________

Unfortunately, I must vote against Anus, but only because of the sheer musical talent of the Marx Brothers. Although the one kazoo ballad that Anus weaved while Flappy rocked on the banjo was intense during "Anus and the Danish Flapjack", the quality was nothing compared to the Marx brothers on piano and harp.

Did you know that Mungo Shoeshine worse a greasepaint moustache in the very anti-black 1917 Anus vaudeville act "Reefer Smokers Be Changin' the Oil'?
Did you know that Flappy Sanderson had a thick Italian accent in the very anti-Mexican 1918 Anus vaudeville act "She Don't Like Cocaine!"?
Did you know that Pavey Calliope, a mime that appeared in the early and very anti-French and Native American Mungo short "French Faggotts Should Go Back to Quebec With Those Fucking Hurons" not only wore a curly red wig, but ALSO didn't talk once during the film?!
Coincidence? No.
