No, he was still on the keyboards, but on almost every song he played an amazing harmonica solo. He's still got the harp skills.

And his voice was better. He actually held out notes longer than a second. The encore (Like A Rolling Stone & All Along The Watchtower) were played exactly like they were recorded and his voice was right on. The new music for some of the songs sometimes sounded better than the original and you could see that he was having a lot of fun.

There were people dancing, smoking, etc. Such a cool environment. I love Dylan fans. I also brought my brother and everyone kept asking his age and mine and saying how cool it was that we even knew who he was, etc. It was a fun night. One I'll never forget.

Man, when he played in Vegas last year, he played the wrong harmonica during one of the songs, so it was in the wrong key and sounded terrible. (Sorry for the lame description, I actually don't know a whole lot about the harmonica.) So, he stopped in the middle of the song, walked across the stage, got the new one, and started up again. It was fantastic.

Yeah, I love Dylan fans, too. I actually won some tickets on the radio from a classic rock station last year (haha, in addition to the ones I already had), and the lady was like, "Wow, a young Dylan fan!" Yeah, it was great.

All Along the Watchtower as the encore again, huh? Eh, it's a fabulous song, so hey. You said he played it just like the recording, so he didn't do the Hendrix version? Surprising.

Well, when I say recording, I'm actually refering to it as it was recorded in the album "Dylan And The Dead" (Yes, the Grateful Dead). Sorry about that. I think Dylan's been playing those two songs as encores for a really long time.

Also, that sounds awesome (the harmonica thing).
