well, you'd have to emerge from the sheild to actually kill the person, and you'd still leave behind plenty of evidence.
And the other two... you still take up space, and they'd probably make it so you'd still register on heat sensors.
I don't see how you're able to see when you're using it anyway, since the light is diverted around you instead of into your eyes.
Unless there are eyeholes.
