Yeah, I'm working on a new RPG (R-Peg). I'm programming the game in Flash, and it's turning into a huge project. I'm putting in (attempting with a success)full customization(sp?) and stuff. Like at the beginning, you completely outfit and name your character how ever you want. Also, no random battles, you see the enemy on the screen before you go into combat. I have some junky combat engine up using bomberman sprites for you to check out. It's not what the final the will look like, I just wanted to set up a battle real quick (write some scripts and stuff to see how things would work) to make an engine.

That's the bomberman thing. Don't laugh. There's no sound or anything fancy because it is an ENGINE, plain and simple.

Did you manage to kill anything?


Edit: Also, should I put in some sort of interactive special skill on that engine? I all read know I'll have a lot of interactive attack skills on the actual game.

Nevermind, apparently it meant undefined. And throwing a bomb on a monster who's hp is "undefined" results in it changing to NaN(not a number). I demand bug fixes.

I knew some one would say that. It's pretty much just the variable's tarding out because I set them to some random impossible thing after the innitial enemy HP == 0, so it get's all tarted like that. In the actual game that will be gone. Everything will disappear when an enemy dies.



...What yellow things? You mean the crap-tacular splosion?
