I'm sad that he died, but his playing and writing were truely horrific. I heard so many good reviews of The Piper at the Gates of Dawn, and when I got it I was amazed that it blew hard. Gilmour and Waters were much better, in my opinion.
Still, I wish him the best in his afterlife.

I'm listening to his solo stuff right now (much better than Piper, which is still a good album)
It's very sad to hear it, but in a way, I'm also kind of glad. He couldn't have been the happiest chap over the past 40 years, really. _________________
