So I'm making a thread about Roms, Rom Sites, and Emulation. I was hoping we could share rome sites, talk about good roms, and do all that. But yeah...uhh...do it legally. Delete it with in 24 hours if you don't own the game or actually own the game...and stuff.
So does any one know any good gameboy(original) rom sites? I've been looking for some of those hacked pokemon roms.

that's a made-up law. If you don't have the game, you cannot legally have the ROM, even if it's only for a day.
I've also heard that it's illegal to get the ROM even if you do own the game... that source told me it's only legal if you extract the ROM yourself.

I download them all the time.
Lotsa Hentai ads, man.
I miss the old gbxemu. It was awesome! It had like, every gba rom out there and then every hacked version of pokemon/zelda dx there was!

I don't remember ever seeing a hacked pokemon rom at the sites I've browsed. 
Although that site has the Final Fantasy games for the GB. It's also where I got my KH:CoM rom, which I have to get back to playing. |

Emuparadise.org has every gba rom ever released. Also, they've got a really helpful forum.

If you own the game owning the ROM is fair game. Period. You already PURCHASED the software. It's fucking yours.
I found lots of places with the Pokemon Rocket: Jessie/James versions, I just can't get the damn downloads to work.
If you had to extract the rom your self, then all rom sites ever would be shut down.
And older roms are actually sometimes considered legal to download, due to the term "Abondonware." I know the wiki says it doesn't mean anything legally, but many old games are abandonware, and no one cares if you download them.
