Yes it is.
And y'know, when a game review says a game is bad, it might actually be bad sometimes. And I've played badly reviewed games and I've found them fun. Just, hey, they might be right.
I don't care enough about the FF7 franchise to finish even the original anymore. I'm just going to go straight to 8.

My copy of ffvii is a loaned copy... D:
I keep asking, hey, do you want it back? But uhhh his PS2 has gone missing so I guess it's kind of mine O_o

You don't always need to finish it silly :P
Like, it's terribly easy to notice the crappy art direction. I mean, you're running around like some messed up chibi thing, in battle you're more detailed, and in videos you're even more detailed.
I've never played III/VI. Do they have it for GBA/DS?
I mean, I like Final Fantasy, no doubt. But I've only played VII and X. X's pretty good, except that Tidus is a whiny bitch. But that makes him more believable I guess.
They're just making more FFVII games so they can milk money out of delusional fanboys and girls. Why can't they just leave it as it is? D:
