Do they make more sense if you play them in order?
I've had Riven since it's release and it's really never interested me enough to keep me at it, and the few recent times I tried to play I discovered that the puzzles required incredibly obscure and rediculious solutions... But if I were to play Myst first, would it be noticably easier?
(oh, the constant disc switching is also a pain in the ass)

I think so, yeah. There's no "sense" to get if you do it in order...

It is called buy the handbook. I had Riven before i purchased myst. After a few hours of wondering around aimlessly, I drove myself to buy the handbook and now looking back at it i realize how stupid I am. You must have the older version of riven because the one i got is all on one cd. I now got all the myst games...yay.

Yes, it is. What difference does that make?
