I didn't brutally kick it off road!
I just shoved it off with my feet so it wouldn't be further hurt. It was making the weirdest of noises when it breathed.
Also, possums deserve to die. |

Cesar, I feel for you man. The day before my driver's test I was driving home with my mom and I can around a bend and a cat came out in front of my car. I slammed on the brakes and tried to swerve to miss it, but I didn't. It was just a kitten too.

take into consideration that there are thousands upon thosands of animals hit by vehicles each day, in Australia you are more likely to remember such an incident because they not only leave a mental image, but also reconfigure your car in some way, i was in a car that hit a wombat, it displaced the entire front axel, not a fun ride, no one was hurt luckily, well, except for the wombat.

If I ever hit an animal, I wish it were something like a wombat so I'd have an actual story to tell that would be more entertaining for the "WHAT did you hit?" rather than "you HIT it?".
But Ces, man, that sucks. These things happen, man.
Speaking of killing things in Australia, my enviro teacher showed a video where a guy was swerving over the road to smush cane toads. They made this strange pop noise...

Well, there aren't exactly many cane toads down here, but the same noise goes off when you run over sleepy lizards and blue tongues. Poor little buggers.

Oh. there are lots of possums, skunks and squirrels around here. Possums look like ROUS's (Rats Of Unusual Size) but I have a soft spot for all animals. Kinda half for skunks though, because when you hit them, There goes your car for a few days.
