Ooh. I've seen that view before. Man, I wish current civilizations could build stuff that cool. The ancients sure knew how to make art.

It would probably help if more people believed in cooler things. I mean, the terracotta army was meant to protect Qin shi Huang into the afterlife. And that guy was crazy.

Crazy, but awesome.

I'm not too into ancient history, really. Egyptian mythology is somewhat interesting, and Greece is kinda cool I guess.

Heck, I don't care a great deal for history at all. The Renaissance, Industrial Revolution, and Cold War are the points of interest for me, and I'm not even all that interested in them.

It's hella interesting, but for me, it's only in certain aspects, most of which I have no idea what they are.

So what happened to the vomitoriums!? LET'S BRING 'EM BACK!

I love anything Roman or anything concerned therein.

I lose history as a whole, though Roman history does have a special part in my heart.

Get out of my thread, you Nazi sympathizer!

and it's not like I only like ancient history, I just think it's way more interesting than any other period.

screw that.

For your own interest, yesterday I drew a historically accurate Spartan hoplite circa 520-470BC... in MS paint. plus sexy diagrams for you to 'ace' that test on Spartan hoplites circa 520-470BC!
