Nice multiplayer shooter... and you don't really need to get the full game, the demo's good enough if you find the right multiplayer servers. I suggest Moongamers, they've been good to me so far. |

It was a spare... I wasn't gonna waste a good drive on Mac OSX. I have all my music stored on my 100 GB NTFS drive Windows XP runs off of, and I have an external 70 GB FAT32 drive for OSX extra storage... which is also on a drive with a 200 GB NTFS partition for Windows extra storage.
It also has a 30 GB Ext2 partition, 'cause I assumed since OSX was BSD-based, it'd at least be able to read and write Ext2, but nnnnope. Got a patch for it to be able to, as well as one for Windows, but read/write's still shaky and OSX usually refuses to do it...
So that's my linux partition.
GAME DEMO:
Here's another game demo I get a lot of play out of: Battlefield 1942 Secret Weapons of WWII. If you got My Tank is Fight, this game might be double-interesting, since a scant few of the inventions talked about in the book (at least, I think I could identify a few, judging from the book description) are actually avaliable for use. And it's multiplayer as well. Watch out for the natters! |
